OpenAI launches Stargate Norway in partnership with Nscale (UK AI cloud) and Aker (Norwegian energy). Initial 230 MW capacity, expanding to 290 MW. 100,000 NVIDIA GPUs by end of 2026. Site near Narvik, northern Norway. OpenAI's first European AI data center.
